Terms of Service

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate account information and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Use KNOCKED. for its intended purpose: managing your own day-to-day responsibilities. Don't misuse the service — for example, don't attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, probe security controls, or use KNOCKED. for anything unlawful.

KNOCKED. is provided during beta on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted from time to time. We aim to keep KNOCKED. reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability during beta.

KNOCKED. offers optional connections to Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. If you connect one of these services, your use of that service is also governed by its own terms and privacy policy. KNOCKED.'s access to these services is read-only — KNOCKED. cannot create, edit, or delete events in your external calendars — and you can disconnect at any time. How KNOCKED. handles data from these integrations is described in our Privacy Policy.

You own the content you create in KNOCKED. — your tasks, notes, Remember items, and everything else you put in. You grant KNOCKED. only the permission needed to store and display that content back to you so the service can operate.

The KNOCKED. name, logo, and the product's design and software belong to KNOCKED. These terms don't give you any rights to our branding or code beyond using the product as intended.

You can stop using KNOCKED. at any time. During beta, account deletion is handled on request: contact us and we will delete your KNOCKED. data and any stored connection information, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access for accounts that violate these terms.

KNOCKED. is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. KNOCKED. is a personal organizational aid; you remain responsible for your own commitments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KNOCKED. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.

KNOCKED. is evolving. We may change features or these terms; when we do, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
